Virtual Operations Center for Portfolio Management
Bridgeborn’s Virtual Operations Center (VOC) is a web-based software solution designed to provide portfolio management and deliver decision support to management, program leadership and decision makers. The VOC helps leadership effectively and efficiently determine how and where program / project resources are being allocated/used to solve critical problems and support ongoing needs. Leveraging our skills in data portability, web services, Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) and Data Visualization, Bridgeborn has created a reusable framework that supports web-based collection, management and real-time reporting for an enterprise’s portfolio of assets, resources and activities. Currently deployed and being used by Joint Forces Command, the VOC’s flexible frameworks can be easily modeled after other business processes. For USJFCOM, the VOC provides visibility into how and where Government resources are being used to support joint concept development and experimentation. The VOC’s web-based access facilitates the ability to collect and prioritize warfighter challenges, plan and execute experimentation, track results, and communicate findings/reports to the larger global Joint Experimentation community.
